I don’t know if you you guys heard the news but the Seattle Seahawks won the NFC conference championship game last Sunday, and will be playing in Super Bowl XLVIII (48) against the Denver Broncos.

In honor of the 12th man spirit I’ve decided to run a little fitness challenge for all you Seahawk supporters. Regardless of your fitness level you CAN do this. It’s easy, peasy.
