Come join this fun outdoor boot camp adventure and use Mother Nature as your gym setting to help you lose weight, increase muscle strength and endurance and build a new appreciation for the world outside (rain or shine). Each Saturday session of camp begins with warm-up drills then proceeds on or along the Centennial Trail for conditioning exercises suitable for any level of fitness. FREE to all participants registered in one or more of our studio sessions.

  2. I loved the suggestion of wine or bread. I arleady practice the other restaurant rules, but I have one other suggestion. Restaurant dinners are nearly always large enough for at least 2 meals. I will often ask for a take-home box WITH my meal and put at least half of my meal in the box BEFORE I eat. This works on the road, too, if you have a cooler and hotel room with a microwave.
