Come join this fun outdoor boot camp adventure and use Mother Nature as your gym setting to help you lose weight, increase muscle strength and endurance and build a new appreciation for the world outside (rain or shine). Each Saturday session of camp begins with warm-up drills then proceeds on or along the Centennial Trail for conditioning exercises suitable for any level of fitness. FREE to all participants registered in one or more of our studio sessions.
