Biomechanics of Strength Exercise & Movement (Kinesiology)- This 4 hour workshop will explore the foundations of human motor patterns and basic biomechanical principles needed to choose proper strength activities for clients and group fitness members. Participants will practice exercise analysis, review basic kinesiology, as well as discover the 5 keys to selecting an effective exercise.
