Discuss the benefits and goals of fitness assessment and evaluation. Review the components necessary for a comprehensive assessment. Topics covered will include methods for testing anthropometric measurements, cardiovascular abilities, muscular endurance, movement screening, flexibility/ROM abilities, test termination, and utilizing normative tables and assessment data to determine the client’s current level of fitness.
